Tapmate Lyon Kitchen Mono Mixer Tap Coffee Cream
The finish quality is good but the overall performance has been very poor, The swivel spout was extremely stiff from new and has deteriorated such that it is now almost locked to the base causing the whole tap to turn in he hole, tightening by the C washer can only partially clamp the tap as excessive tightening distorts the washer. Finally I am unable to find a site for the manufacturer for technical information and cannot take the tap apart to ease the seals by using silicone grease. B&Q have now discontinued selling this product possibly due to too many cpmplaints. I also have a Damixa one-hole mixer tap in the bathroom which I rate as excellent.

Bestway Lay Z Spa
I bought my Lazy Z Spa 2 years ago direct from Bestway and paid £650. The first pump would not work at all, 2 months later a replacement pump arrived, hey presto we had life, after 1 month we packed the pump away for the winter, (we live in the mountain area of Spain.) Last year we were back to square one, the pump would not work, due to other commitments last year we did not bother with it after this. The pump came out of its box (which has been stored inside,) and yet again we could not get this to work. At great expense I asked an electrcian to check the pump and guess what it is btoken inside. The Spa itself when working was great, the pumps are very poor standard, I have managed to get the Spa inflated and have an independant filter so that it can be used as a dip pool, but after spending all that money I am now left with something that I could have bought for approx £100.

Looks great - but what terrible performance. The filter gets clogged up so quickly and takes a while to unpick. Poor design if you ask me. And all the attachments are far too fussy and break off too easily. The retractable lead is sticky and I end up going back to pull it out by hand rather than it coming out automatically as I move along.

Not very accurate or trustworthy. When using the scales, you have to step on them several times within a minute and guess which of the different weights it displays that you are and the difference is a few pounds! Naturally I go with the majority of weights it suggests I am but even then I'm not sure and I'm not the only person who has this problem with these scales. I am following the instructions and weighing in on a hard flat surface. Taking this back to the store.
