    On a number of occasions my wife found large amounts of powder soap stuck to clothes and white marks on most of the dark clothes. After complaining to Dixons who I bought the machine from they sent out an engineer who did a quick check and said it was working as designed and to decrease the amount of soap used and increase the temperature! My wife halved the amount she used in our previous machine and the white marks still occurred.

    I’ve requested a full refund and the machine is being returned tomorrow!
