    Received as gift. Convenient size and made good bread on 2nd attempt.

    pro's
    Excellent crust. Good loaf size for one person.

    con's
    First attempt failed as not clear that pan must be forced into flanges to mix.
    Could not measure liquids accurately with beaker given.

    The Kenwood BM300 is a quality bread maker. Firstly, the machine would knead the dough and then reset itself before cooking; sometimes, but not all the time. Good value machine, tried a lot of the American recipes and they worked in this machine, can't fault the machine at all. It's compact, easy to use and makes great bread.

    pro's
    More stylish than other bread makers, smaller, and faster. Easy to use and not too expensive. Correct size for two . good shape loaf. easy to keep clean. Easy set up. Exceptional value for money.Produces very good bread.

    con's
    The dough hook keeps getting caught in the bread, so my loaves have a hole in the bottom, also the measuring utensils they supply are hard to use - the markings are too vague! Viewing window rather small lets in too little light. Set up window not very clear on size and crust settings
