    The finish quality is good but the overall performance has been very poor, The swivel spout was extremely stiff from new and has deteriorated such that it is now almost locked to the base causing the whole tap to turn in he hole, tightening by the C washer can only partially clamp the tap as excessive tightening distorts the washer. Finally I am unable to find a site for the manufacturer for technical information and cannot take the tap apart to ease the seals by using silicone grease. B&Q have now discontinued selling this product possibly due to too many cpmplaints.
    I also have a Damixa one-hole mixer tap in the bathroom which I rate as excellent.

    The swivel spout is too low over the sink, tall vases, buckets etc cannot be filled. The initial manufacturing overtightened the swivel spout and should have been checked by quality control.The lack of a manufacturer's web-site for technical advice.
