    UMC UNI MEDIA 221 IDTVDVD should be the choice of every contemporary home with its array of technical specifications that makes it a heart throb of all generations alike. This television has a screen size of 14.9 inches and has several inputs of 1xSCART and 1xPC. It looks great with 400 contrasts and sounds great with a single sound type of NICAM stereo sound. It also comes with a DVD player which is capable of playing audio CDs as well. The UMC UNI MEDIA 221 IDTVDVD has a digital TV receiver, which allows you to see some extra channels on the screen. It is in short an able all rounder.

    Got one of these from a local supermarket for £229. Got it home, switched it on and everything worked with no problems. Very easy installation. The DVD player was region 2 but a simple code on the DVD no disc screen (9735) soon fixed that! Very good picture quality with lots of features. The only drawback is that you are supposed to keep all the packaging in case anythng goes wrong. If not the guarantee may not be honoured. I think they should read the consumer rights legislation before making such a statement.
